Fiz todo o procedimento para contratação ontem e o bairro está na lista de cobertura deles (afinal, fica somente a 2 quadras do prédio da loja!!) . Hoje uma atendente mal educada me liga para informar que não atendem o local e fica repetindo a mesma frase robóticamente.
Visto os comentários aqui, ainda bem que não deu certo..
Terrible service. False information on the website.
I did the whole hiring procedure yesterday and the neighborhood is on their coverage list (after all, it's only 2 blocks away from the store building!!) . Today a rude attendant calls me to inform me that they do not serve the place and keeps repeating the same phrase robotically.
Seeing the comments here, I'm glad it didn't work.

They agreed to come and install it at home on Saturday morning, at lunch time I called to ask for a satisfaction, they said they would give it "priority". And guess what? They didn't come... Lucky I didn't ask for Ultrawave to be shut down (AméricaNet) If it's good I don't know, but seriously? IT IS NOT.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assinei ontem e hoje desde às 12:00 estou sem internet, reiniciei o modem várias vezes e nada, suporte via WhatsApp não responde, central de atendimento só consegui atendimento agora pois essa empresa, se é que podemos chama-la assim não tem nenhuma redundância em sua fibra na cidade, caiu a cidade inteira, vocês são ridículos.
Ainda bem que aconteceu isso durante os 7 dias de carência do contrato, vou cancelar amanhã se ainda estiver sem internet.
