Levaram 10 dias para pegar na minha roçadeira, fizeram só uma limpeza de carburador e devolveram, nem deram atenção ao problema que eu informei. Ainda voltou pior, gastando mais combustível devido a regulagem incorreta do carburador. Loja bagunçada, cheia de peças espalhadas por todo canto. O rapaz que atendeu no balcão foi bastante prestativo, consegui comprar a corrente da motosserra que estava precisando, mas na parte de serviços deixou a desejar. Uma pena, pois li outras avaliações falando bem e levei a roçadeira lá na esperança de resolver o problema. A loja tem potencial, está bem localizada, estacionamento fácil mesmo sendo vaga na rua, mas precisa melhorar muito em serviço, atendimento e organização.
End of year, lack of staff, but they were still getting machines for repair. It took them 10 days to pick up my mower, they just cleaned the carburetor and returned it, not even paying attention to the problem I reported. It even came back worse, wasting more fuel due to incorrect carburetor adjustment. Messy store, full of pieces scattered all over the place. The guy who worked at the counter was very helpful, I managed to buy the chainsaw that I needed, but in the service part, it was lacking. A pity, as I read other reviews speaking well and took the mower there in hopes of solving the problem. The store has potential, it is well located, parking is easy even though it is a space on the street, but it needs to improve a lot in terms of service, service and organization.
