★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente planta, mas... os pisos e azulejos costumas soltar com o tempo, e a construtora não assume a responsabilidade após o tempo de garantia do contrato, mesmo se o problema for recorrente. No nosso prédio todo o piso dos corredores foram trocados, mas dos aptos não foram, e os problemas foram surgindo aleatóriamente, só esse mês ( 08/20) foram 3 aptos . PS: A construtora naoassume nem a mão de obra. ??
Excellent floor plan, but ... the floors and tiles usually loosen over time, and the construction company does not take responsibility after the contract's warranty period, even if the problem is recurrent. In our building the entire floor of the corridors were changed, but the apt ones were not, and the problems were appearing at random, only this month (08/20) were 3 apt. PS: The construction company does not assume either the manpower. ??
