pickaxe store, I left my toner to recharge along with the photoconductor that was in perfect condition, when they returned it broken and informed that it needed to be replaced to work well with the new refill. In other words, they wanted to win for something that doesn't exist! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE STORE AND IF IT HAD ZERO STARS THIS WOULD BE MY RATING. TERRIBLE SERVICE BY JULIANA. DO NOT BUY! THERE ARE OTHERS IN THE REGION THAT CHARGE AN AGREEMENT PRICE AND DON'T PASS YOU A LEG! PICKS TO THE EXTREME

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência ruim. Não comprem cartucho recarregável pois o meu deu problema na 2a recarga e o prejuízo ficou todo por minha conta, além do cartucho menor (que também comprei com eles) dar problema na impressão, apesar de limpezas no cabeçote e impressora nova. NÃO RECOMENDO.
Bad experience. Don't buy a refillable cartridge because mine had a problem on the 2nd refill and the damage was all on me, in addition to the smaller cartridge (which I also bought from them) giving a problem printing, despite cleaning the head and new printer. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
