Parecem funcionários dos correios.

Comprei alguns produtos da marca ROCA (que usa esta “transportadora”) no dia 29/11/19. O produto foi liberado para esta dita “transportadora” dia 05/12. Promessa de entrega dia 13/12. Perdi trabalhos para estar em casa neste dia. Ninguém apareceu. Nenhum contato. Nenhum aviso. Mesma coisa para o dia 16/12/19. Esperei em casa. Nenhum contato. Nenhum aviso. Dia 17/12/19, fiz um telefonema pela manhã, interestadual, para o telefone (11) 3722.0882, e falei com o Atendimento ao Cliente (coitado de quem é cliente desta transportadora). Garantia de entrega para o dia de hoje (17/12/19). Perdi novamente trabalhos, fiquei em casa e adivinhem: ninguém apareceu. Ninguém ligou. Nenhum contato. Liguei novamente para a empresa e foi dito que não sabem quando vão entregar. Por favor: quando foram usar uma transportadora, FUJAM DESESPERADAMENTE desta. Se forem comprar em alguma loja e souberem que é a LSP Logística, NÃO COMPREM.
Poor service. They do not meet the deadlines. They do not fulfill what they promise in the telephone contact. They are not reliable. I bought some ROCA brand products (which uses this “carrier”) on 11/29/19. The product was released to this so-called "carrier" on 05/12. Promise of delivery on 13/12. I lost work to be home this day. No one came. No contact. No warning. Same thing for the day 16/12/19. I waited at home. No contact. No warning. On 12/17/19, I made a phone call in the morning, interstate, to the phone (11) 3722.0882, and spoke to Customer Service (poor who is a customer of this carrier). Guaranteed delivery for today (17/12/19). I lost work again, stayed home and guess what: nobody showed up. Nobody called. No contact. I called the company again and was told they don't know when they will deliver. Please: when you have been using a carrier, RUN AWAY FROM it. If you go shopping at a store and know it is LSP Logística, DO NOT BUY.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima transportadora. Não escolhi. Fiz uma compra no site da Roca e eles não entregaram no endereço da nota. Provavelmente em meu cadastro na JadLog tem outros endereços, porque ja comprei para entregar em outros endereços de meus familiares. Porém deve-se cumprir o endereço que esta na nota, e nesta entrega não cumpriram o endereço que estava na nota - agora eu tenho que pegar o carro e cruzar a cidade para buscar o meu produto que não foi entregue no local que constava na nota.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não entregam o pedido, alegam difícil acesso, sendo que todos as minhas compras feiras pela internet recebo nesse endereço, o problema é só com essa transportadora LADLOG, LSP. Porque então recebem o pedido de não entregam? Estou com uma TV parada, e quando comprei foi pra ser entregue no meu endereço. Todas as minhas compras a partir de hj vou querer saber qual é a transportadora, acho que todas as lojas deveriam informar ao cliente pra evitar todo esse transtorno. Comprei uma TV previsão de entrega para 19 de Abril, até hj não recebi.
