Minha esposa e eu fomos ver uma casa dessa tal LT Imóveis, amamos a casa e a corretora disse que como eramos os primeiros a ver, nos teríamos preferencia para alugar a tal casa, porem estávamos com pressa para a mudança, ela então disse que devíamos dar certeza que ficaríamos com a casa na hora, pois outras pessoas estariam agendadas para o mesmo dia. Fora isso, também teríamos que pagar uma "taxa bancaria" que inicialmente era no máximo 300,00, pois nossa ficha era boa...
Um pouco mais tarde no mesmo dia ela entrou em contato falando que tinham outras taxas e pelas nossas contas chegariam a quase 2.000,00, felizmente temos apoio de uma advogada da família e conseguimos contornar essa taxa q aparentemente não existia ou não podia ser cobrada desta forma... (Este foi o 1° erro)
Com a taxa de quase 2.000,00 que se tornaram um pouco menos de 200,00 que pagamos no dia, continuaram os problemas, a dona não podia entregar a casa pois havia 2 cachorros (em estado de abandono) na casa, mais uma vês a fim de alugar a casa, falamos que cuidávamos dos cachorros ate que fossem adotados, pois disse a corretora que a dona da casa não havia achado uma ONG ou ninguém que levasse os cachorros...
Nesse meio tempo tínhamos outras 2 casas que tínhamos gostado, mas tivemos que deixar pra la, já que havíamos pagado a taxa por essa da LT e só estávamos esperando pra pegar as chaves, a te que se passaram 1 semana e a corretora disse que a dona entrou em contato alegando estar com alguns problemas de saúde e não poderia mandar os documentos da casa naquele momento e que estaria tirando a casa de locação.
Ai vem minha pergunta... Como uma imobiliária poem uma casa pra alugar sem ter os documentos da mesma, pede a taxa do locatário e ainda retira a locação assim? Graças a deus não comuniquei a saída pro senhorio da casa atual, se não correria o risco de ficar sem teto...

My wife and I went to see a house from this LT Imóveis, we loved the house and the realtor said that as we were the first to see it, we would prefer to rent that house, but we were in a hurry to move, she then said that we should make sure that we would have the house on time, as other people would be scheduled for the same day. Other than that, we would also have to pay a "bank fee" that initially was a maximum of 300.00, as our chip was good...
A little later on the same day she got in touch saying that they had other fees and by our accounts they would reach almost 2,000.00, luckily we have the support of a family lawyer and we managed to get around this fee that apparently did not exist or could not be charged this way. way... (This was the 1st mistake)
With the fee of almost 2,000.00 that became a little less than 200.00 that we paid on the day, the problems continued, the owner could not deliver the house because there were 2 dogs (in a state of abandonment) in the house, once again in order to rent the house, we said that we took care of the dogs until they were adopted, because the realtor said that the owner of the house had not found an NGO or anyone to take the dogs...
In the meantime we had 2 other houses that we liked, but we had to leave it alone, since we had paid the fee for this one from LT and were just waiting to get the keys, until 1 week passed and the realtor said that the The owner got in touch claiming to have some health problems and couldn't send the house documents at that moment and that she would be taking the house out for rent.
Here comes my question... How can a realtor put a house for rent without having the documents of it, ask for the renter's fee and still withdraw the lease like this? Thank God I didn't communicate the departure to the landlord of the current house, otherwise I would run the risk of being homeless...
