Honrei todos os pagamentos nas datas estabelecidas em contrato, entretanto, não tive o mesmo respaldo da empresa. Não cumpriram os prazos estabelecidos, quando começaram ficou tudo muito mal feito e tiveram que refazer, não me respondiam mensagens, etc. Como tenho outros fornecedores, ficou inviável a finalização da minha obra tendo em vista a falta de profissionalismo dessa empresa em cumprir seus prazos. Mais de 1 mês de atraso e tudo por culpa deles. Resumindo, pela sua postura em diversas situações, posso afirmar que o Sr. Anderson Diogenes Batista da Silva é um verdadeiro oportunista. Quero meu dinheiro de volta e nem isso eu consigo!!! Não recomendo!!!
We hired the company Lounge Tech to install the vinyl floor in my 80 square meter apartment. I honored all payments on the dates established in the contract, however, I did not have the same support from the company. They didn't meet the established deadlines, when they started, everything was very poorly done and had to be re-done, they didn't reply to messages, etc. As I have other suppliers, the completion of my work was unfeasible given the company's lack of professionalism in meeting its deadlines. More than 1 month late and it's all their fault. In summary, given his attitude in various situations, I can say that Mr. Anderson Diogenes Batista da Silva is a true opportunist. I want my money back and I can't even do that!!! I do not recommend!!!
