★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Obrigam o cliente a fornecer seus dados pessoais, foto e contato para disponibilizar um valor que é do cliente. Utilizam os meios do usuário para os processos de "segurança" interno pelo qual cobram. Prestam um péssimo serviço ao usuário.
They oblige the client to provide their personal data, photo and contact to provide a value that belongs to the client. They use the user's means for the internal "security" processes for which they charge. They provide a terrible service to the user.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Junho/2019 - Descaso total com o cliente. Estou a 3 dias precisando de informações de uma integração. Já liguei para o NOC, área de produtos, telefonista sempre fala que estão mudando de escritório e não consegue transferi. Passei vários e-mails.....e nada!
Abril/2020 - Desmotivação total para entrar em contato novamente com está empresa. Continuam com descaso com cliente. Infelizmente não sou eu que tenho poder para trocar de fornecedor.
June / 2019 - Total neglect with the client. I'm 3 days in need of integration information. I have already called the NOC, the product area, the operator always says that they are moving offices and cannot transfer. I spent several emails ..... and nothing!
April / 2020 - Total lack of motivation to contact this company again. They continue to neglect the client. Unfortunately I am not the one who has the power to switch suppliers.
