★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acompanhei minha irmã e o atendimento foi péssimo, deram um chá de cadeira na gente, esperamos muito por fim ela fez a prova do vestido que já devia estar separado pois já tinha escolhido antes, definiu as medidas 3 dias depois foi buscar e o vestido estava do mesmo jeito, as modificações tiveram que ser feitas na hora de qualquer jeito e o aluguel não foi baratinho .
 I accompanied my sister and the service was terrible, they gave us a cup of tea, we waited a long time, finally she did the fitting on the dress that should have been separated because she had already chosen it before, defined the measurements 3 days later she went to pick it up and the dress was likewise, the modifications had to be made on the spot anyway and the rent was not cheap.

Sem contar que o espaço fornece diversos modelos para aluguel assim podendo ficar super a vontade na sua escolha!!
I highly recommend! I don't know the name of my attendant, but she was super attentive and nice people. One dark, black hair pulled back.
Not to mention that the space provides several models for rent so you can be super comfortable in your choice!!

I have to thank the whole team and particularly Bruno who really gave a super differentiated service, totally attentive to my little son and it was amazing to see the whole team surprising with the tie even for the plush that my son likes to walk with.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja só tem nome, o atendimento é PÉSSIMO !! No primeiro dia na loja já escolhi o vestido e pontuei tudo que tinha pra fazer. No segundo dia que fui provar o vestido, esperei 40 min pra ser atendida e ao chamar a gerente, fui informada que todas as vendedoras estavam almoçando (aguardei pois já avia pago o aluguel) quando recebi atendimento, pontuei tudo novamente e marcamos a bainha. Terceiro dia e retirada do vestido ao experimentar, pra minha surpresa NADA tinha sido feito no vestido e tive que esperar fazer todos os reparos.
The store only has a name, the service is TERRIBLE!! On the first day at the store, I already chose the dress and scored everything I had to do. On the second day that I went to try on the dress, I waited 40 minutes to be answered and when I called the manager, I was informed that all the saleswomen were having lunch (I waited because I had already paid the rent) when I received service, I scored everything again and we marked the hem. Third day and removal of the dress when trying it on, to my surprise NOTHING had been done to the dress and I had to wait for all the repairs to be done.

O lugar é grande, só acho que talvez poderiam aumentar o número de provador, levando em consideração ao fluxo grande que tem no lugar
