A escova da minha filha mal feita
Cabeleireira não terminou corretamente o penteado e foi atender outra cliente, tive que reclamar para que finalizasse o penteado. A minha escova tbm mal feita e a cabeleireira dando atenção a outra cliente, finalizou e nem me avisou. Ainda deixou a toalha no meu ombro e foi conversar com a outra cliente.
Fiz a mão e ao finalizar a manicure percebeu que o esmalte ficou cheio de bolinha, disse que ia arrumar com esmalte de brilho, e claro que não ficou nada bom. Resumindo foi péssimo atendimento, trabalho muito mal feito de ambas profissionais, cabelo e unha...
Talvez falte um treinamento para que as profissionais saibam atender cada cliente por vez , terminar o serviço e não largar a cliente na mão.

I did it by hand and when I finished the manicure I noticed that the nail polish was full of balls, I said I was going to fix it with a gloss nail polish, and of course it didn't look good. In short, it was bad service, very poorly done work by both professionals, hair and nails...
Maybe there is a lack of training for professionals to know how to serve each client at a time, finish the service and not let the client down.
