Minha esposa comprou 3 balões e 1 deles murchou chegando em ksa, entramos em contato com eles porem fomos ignorados. Disseram que deveria ter mais cuidado com o balão. Porem tivemos o maior cuidado com os 3.. tanto que os outros 2 estão cheios até hoje.. disseram que não vão decolver o dinheiro mesmo agnt ficando no prejuízo.. muito desrrespeito com o cliente. Não aconselho a ninguem, pois se murchar certamente ficaram no prejuizo... pagamos 95 reais a em 3 balões, um murchou! Absurdo...
Poor experience. They make the most advertising but offer no warranty whatsoever. My wife bought 3 balloons and 1 of them withered coming in ksa, we contacted them but we were ignored. They said you should be more careful with the balloon. However we were very careful with the 3 .. so much so that the other 2 are full to this day .. they said they will not pay back the money even agnt getting to the detriment .. very disrespectful to the customer. I do not advise anyone, because if wither certainly were in damage ... we paid 95 reais to 3 balloons, one withered! Absurd...
