★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz contato hoje com esta empresa e fui bem atendida pelo Sr Nelson. Ele informou ter os acessorios (bateria e fonte) do meu telefone sem fio, mod. 6230. Obs.: vale registrar que eles não trabalham com aparelhos celular.
Fiquei de ir à loja hoje ou amanha e retorno aqui para melhor avaliação.
I made contact with this company today and I was well attended by Mr Nelson. He said he had the accessories (battery and source) for my cordless phone, mod. 6230. Note: it is worth noting that they do not work with cell phones.
I was going to go to the store today or tomorrow and return here for a better evaluation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiquei pensando em como começar essa avaliação, principalmente depois de ver tantas avaliações INJUSTAS e IRRESPONSÁVEIS feitas contra esse comércio.
Antes de ligar pra essa loja, eu li/vi as avaliações feitas aqui, e mesmo assim resolvi "dar uma chance" pra loja.
Quando liguei pra loja Lucacell, o Sr: Nelson, foi muito solícito, educado e prestativo com o meu atendimento.
Me passou todas as informações que eu precisava e se dispôs a tentar resolver o meu problema.
Como ele próprio já respondeu inúmeras vezes nos comentários feitos aqui, a LUCACELL (apesar de ter "CELL" no seu nome), não faz reparos em telefones celulares, somente em aparelhos de telefonia fixa.
Devemos ser mais responsáveis ao avaliar o comércio de alguém , pois as avaliações podem levantar, ou derrubar o comércio de alguém, por se tratar de uma ferramenta séria e, muitas vezes, determinante na escolha do cliente. (afinal, elas servem como um termômetro do bom atendimento/prestação de serviço).
Não sou advogado, parente, ou funcionário desta empresa.
Sou apenas um usuário indignado com as injustiças praticadas através das avaliações mal-feitas.
I was wondering how to start this assessment, especially after seeing so many UNFAIR and IRRESPONSIBLE assessments made against this trade.
Before calling this store, I read / saw the reviews made here, and even so I decided to "give the store a chance".
When I called Lucacell store, Mr.: Nelson, was very helpful, polite and helpful with my service.
He gave me all the information I needed and was willing to try to solve my problem.
As he himself has responded numerous times in the comments made here, LUCACELL (despite having "CELL" in its name), does not make repairs to cell phones, only to fixed telephones.
We must be more responsible when evaluating someone's trade, as evaluations can raise, or bring down, someone's trade, as it is a serious tool and, often, determinant in the customer's choice. (after all, they serve as a thermometer of good care / service provision).
I am not a lawyer, relative, or employee of this company.
I am just a user indignant with the injustices practiced through the poor evaluations.

Lembrando que a Lucacell não conserta celular/smartphones nem da Motorola e nem de qualquer outra marca.
Ela é autorizada da Motorola para a telefonia residencial (telefones sem fio e com fio), assim como são especializados no conserto de babás eletrônicas.
Obs.: Antes de desqualificarem uma empresa, procure verificar se o seu comentário condiz com a realidade daquela empresa. Porque o seu mau comentário errado pode prejudicar idoneidade daquela empresa.
Obrigada Lucacell e Sr Nelson pelo atendimento.
The service is exemplary, the information is very clear.
Remembering that Lucacell does not repair cell phones / smartphones or Motorola or any other brand.
It is Motorola authorized for residential telephony (cordless and corded telephones) as well as specializing in the repair of baby monitors.
Note: Before disqualifying a company, try to check if your comment matches the reality of that company. Because your bad wrong comment can harm that company's trustworthiness.
