★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior experiência que já tive. Oficina indicada, levei meu carro pra fazer um serviço de martelinho de ouro. Por ser um carro mais velho, acharam que não merecia qualidade e terceirizam o serviço. Precisei comprar outra porta, porque eu tinha vergonha do trabalho feito no carro.
Worst experience I ever had. Recommended workshop, I took my car to do a little gold hammer service. As it is an older car, they thought it didn't deserve quality and outsource the service. I had to buy another door because I was ashamed of the work done on the car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente não tive sorte, meu carro teve alguns danos devido uma colisão com uma moto, depois de entrar em contato com empresa Lucas Arts, fui informando que eles eram especialistas e que seria possivel a recuperação para manter a originalidade, o problema que no término do serviço, que aparentemente tinha ficado bom, notei que tinha furos do lado de dentro da porta recuperada, uma aparentemente marca de queda ou batida de um objeto em um lugar que NÃO tinha sido DANIFICADO na colisão, proximo ao teto e no friso cromado da porta, alem de riscos próximos aos parafusos provavelmente causados por maneseio incorreto de ferramentas, mas sem reclamações fui informado que td seria reparado, ai vem o PROBLEMA, sabe aquele ditado " que quando se reclama da comida que o cozinheiro cospe nela " pra minha surpresa ao retirar o carro pela segunda vez alguns reparos foram feitos, so que o que voltou outra coisa riscada, dessa vez foi o vidro da porta, perdi até a vontade de reclamar e levar o carro novamente e se decepcionar com outra peça.
Unfortunately I was unlucky, my car had some damage due to a collision with a motorcycle, after contacting Lucas Arts, I informed them that they were specialists and that it would be possible to recover it to maintain its originality, the problem that at the end of the service, which had apparently turned out good, I noticed that there were holes on the inside of the recovered door, an apparently dropping or slamming mark of an object in a place that had NOT been DAMAGED in the collision, near the ceiling and on the chrome door trim , in addition to scratches near the screws probably caused by incorrect handling of tools, but without complaints I was informed that it would be repaired, here comes the PROBLEM, you know that saying "when you complain about food that the cook spits on it" to my surprise to removing the car for the second time some repairs were made, but what came back was something else scratched, this time it was the glass in the door, I even lost the urge to complain and take the car again and be disappointed in another piece.
