★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No começo foi muito bem, nao demoram para te repassarem os valores da locação, porém quando surgem os problemas, as duvidas, no momento que se precisa te largam falando sozinho, demora muito tempo para responder Faz uns dez dias que mandei msg e email e nem sequer resposta de recebimento. Pedi informações saber qual a posição da imobiliária em caso de rescisão contratual, simplesmente estou sendo ignorada.

About ten days ago I sent msg and email and not even receiving response. I asked for information to know what the position of the real estate company in case of contractual termination, I am simply being ignored.

Para resolver ''problemas'' levam uma eternidade, não atendem whatsapp, levam horas ou dias para responder.
Levei quase três meses para tirar meu nome de uma casa que dividia por falta de profissionalismo deles. Me desloquei atoa e me desgastei por coisas simples de se resolver.
Fui cada vez mais enrolado, cada hora uma desculpa nova para não resolver, até falar que a imobiliária estava fechada por conta da fase emergencial falaram, mas para alugar imóveis até horário podia marcar (comprovei isso pedindo para alguém de fora entrar em contato) Quando informado que já estava tudo certo com o documento e o mesmo levou mais de duas semanas para ser enviado comprovando que realmente foi.
Lamentável a postura, pois a impressão que dá e que se você não trás dinheiro, não é mais importante e prioritário para eles. Triste ter que conseguir o mínimo na base da insistência, desgaste e reclamações constantes!
When renting they are great.
To solve '' problems '' they take forever, they don't answer whatsapp, they take hours or days to answer.
It took me almost three months to get my name out of a house I shared because of their lack of professionalism. I moved around and I was worn out by simple things to solve.
I was more and more curled up, every hour a new excuse for not resolving, even saying that the real estate was closed due to the emergency phase, they spoke, but to rent properties until the time I could schedule (I proved this by asking someone outside to get in touch) When informed that everything was alright with the document and it took more than two weeks to be sent proving that it really was.
The attitude is unfortunate, because the impression it gives and that if you do not bring money, it is no longer important and a priority for them. Sad to have to get the minimum on the basis of insistence, wear and constant complaints!
