★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Após 14 meses esperando e tentando entrar em contato sem sucesso, cansei e estou entrando com ação judicial, meu apartamento todo quebrado e inacabado e com uma gama de defeitos do que , para a Lucatto, estaria pronto além do péssimo acabamento e qualidade do material, além disso mesmo sem terminar , aliás muito longe disso, ainda tem a cara de pau de depositar os cheques pelos serviços não executados!!!!! Simplesmente horrível

Tive a infelicidade de encomendar minha cozinha que além de entregarem fora do prazo, não fizeram conforme o solicitado e combinado com funcionário atendente que seria os moveis até o teto assim como acabamento e material de baixa qualidade. Já fazem 6 meses e ainda tenho pendencias na cozinha. Assim como o Sr Gilson , entrarei também na justiça.

My experience with this company was also terrible. I was unfortunate enough to order my kitchen which, in addition to delivering after the deadline, did not do as requested and agreed with an attendant that would be the furniture up to the ceiling as well as finishing and low quality material. It's been 6 months and I still have pending issues in the kitchen. Like Mr Gilson, I will also go to court.

Projetista desconhece o projeto, depois de 3 (três) meses de espera para entrega do material, diz que não é possível executar um guarda-roupa conforme o projeto. Sendo necessário a arquiteta particular vir ao apartamento explicar pela 2ª vez como deve ser feito o serviço.
