O vidro quebrou, não me arrumaram vídeo igual nem deram solução nem quiseram dividir despesas com o conserto em outro estabelecimento!! Não recomendo!!!!
Bad responsibility and respect for the customer! They were making a cut on a glass cabinet door, they didn't warn me about the risk of breaking it. The glass broke, they didn't fix the same video for me, nor did they give a solution, nor did they want to share expenses with the repair in another establishment!! I do not recommend!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei para ver orçamento e na mesma hora um funcionário foi enviado para fazer a avaliação em minha residência (e confirmar o valor prévio que já me havia sido informado pelo telefone pelo Sr. Olavo). Como era algo simples (reposição de um vidro da porta) ele na mesma hora fez o serviço. Foi rápido e eficiente.
Havia ligado em outros locais antes, de demorariam de 1 a 3 dias pra fazer o orçamento/serviço! E ainda por cima, era o melhor preço de todos!
I called to see the budget and at the same time an employee was sent to make the assessment in my residence (and confirm the previous amount that had already been informed by the phone by Mr. Olavo). As it was something simple (replacement of a door glass) he immediately did the job. It was fast and efficient.
I had called elsewhere before, it would take 1-3 days to do the budget / service! And to top it off, it was the best price ever!
