Levei um olé desta consulta, percorri 26km pra chegar no consultório esperar e ser informada de que a dra não ia atender minhas filhas por falta da guia de autorização. Não me convenceu e me deixou super insatisfeita a falta de profissionalismo, uma vez que sabemos, plano Amil autoriza procedimentos pelo Token. Resumindo, dei viagem perdida e ainda não quiseram me atender
