The receptionist has a frightening ill will! You barely explain the situation, she already says she has no time. It really should be easy to maintain a clientele.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Até o primeiro atendimento foi bom, passei por 2 consultas e na 3 esqueci que tinha horário marcado, a Dra. Lucimar me ligou falando um monte que eu tenho que ter compromisso e deveria ter avisado, porém eu falei com educação "desculpa dra. acabei esquecendo" ela falou um monte me chamou de irresponsável e disse que eu tinha que avisar se eu não ia, porém se eu tivesse lembrado, teria ido e não esquecido. Muito incompreensiva, sem educação, sem postura para falar com as pessoas. Não recomendo.
A agenda dela segundo ela é cheia, deve ta estressadinha porque as pessoas desistem depois que recebem uma ligação dela ouvindo um monte de coisas desnecessárias. Todo mundo tem direito de esquecer, mas com a Dra. Lucimar perfeita não pode.
Se acontecer de estar no IML e ter um horario marcado com ela por certo tem que pedir pra levar o corpp lá se nao a Dra. Liga pro familiar com a falta de educação que ela tem.
Even the first appointment was good, I went through 2 appointments and in the 3rd I forgot that I had an appointment, Dr. Lucimar called me saying a lot that I have to have an appointment and I should have warned, but I spoke politely "I'm sorry Dr. I just finished forgetting" she said a lot, she called me irresponsible and said I had to let her know if I wasn't going, but if I had remembered, I would have gone and not forgotten. Very incomprehensible, uneducated, no posture to talk to people. I do not recommend.
According to her, her schedule is full, she must be stressed because people give up after receiving a call from her listening to a lot of unnecessary things. Everyone has the right to forget, but with the perfect Dr. Lucimar you can't.
If you happen to be at the IML and have an appointment with her for sure you have to ask to take the corpp there, otherwise Dr. Calls the family member with her lack of education.

Em uma das minhas consultas estive dentro do consultório e ouvi a doutora dizer a assistente que era para remarcar uma consulta de uma paciente apenas para 3 semanas seguintes pois segundo ela “não tinha nada a ver com o problema da mesma”… que não conseguiu comparecer à consulta.
O mesmo aconteceu comigo 2 semanas depois quando não consegui ir. Já tinha uma agenda recorrente com a doutora e quando cheguei para a consulta após 1:15h de viagem de carro ela me informa que desmarcou minhas consultas e não me atendeu.
Percebi que esse é o método de trabalho dela, com muita falta de respeito e empatia com o paciente! E pelos comentários não foi somente eu que notei.
Terrible attendance! In one of my appointments I was inside the office and I heard the doctor tell the assistant that it was to reschedule a patient's appointment only for the following 3 weeks because, according to her, “it had nothing to do with her problem”… she was unable to attend the consultation.
The same happened to me 2 weeks later when I couldn't go. I already had a recurring schedule with the doctor and when I arrived for the appointment after 1:15 am by car, she informed me that she canceled my appointments and did not see me.
I realized that this is her working method, with a lot of lack of respect and empathy for the patient! And from the comments it wasn't just me who noticed.
