No entanto, o técnico que fez a visita disse que teria que levar o aparelho para confirmar a existência de pontos de vazamento do gás (o ar não estava gelando), mas que seria cobrado o valor de R$ 180,00 para isto! Ou seja, só para fazer o orçamento. Não autorizei a retirada do aparelho.
I did not actually use the services of this company. I went to the company, was well attended, and sent a technician the same day to verify the defect. However, the visiting technician said he would have to take the device to confirm the existence of gas leak points (the air was not freezing), but would be charged $ 180 for this! That is, just to make the budget. I have not authorized the removal of the device.
