★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz a compra de uma cobertura, desde a venda confusa até a instalação. Tudo a parte: pintura e saída de água. Fizeram furo onde não deveria, colocaram silicone aparente e pra ajudar a areá que precisa ficar seca tenho duas saídas de água e o telhado respingando. Liguei, passei wats e estou aguardando uma visita técnica desde o dia 16/012020. Custo altíssimo para ficar dessa forma. Não recomendo de jeito nenhum!
I bought a cover, from the confusing sale to the installation. Everything apart: painting and water outlet. They drilled a hole where it shouldn't have been, put exposed silicone and to help the sand that needs to be dry I have two water outlets and the roof is splashing. I called, passed wats and I am waiting for a technical visit since 16/012020. Very high cost to stay that way. I don't recommend it at all!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive uma grande frustração e decepção com a empresa luder, fiz um telhado ns casa da praia e o trabalho ficou muito abaixo do proposto, empresa não tem profissionais capacitados para execução do trabalho.
Telhado de alto custo, porém trabalho executado de péssima qualidade, aconselho a contratarem a zetaflex, custo justo para z eficiência. Não indico a luder.
I had a great frustration and disappointment with the luder company, I made a roof on the beach house and the work was much lower than proposed, the company does not have trained professionals to carry out the work.
High cost roof, but poorly executed work, I advise you to hire zetaflex, fair cost for efficiency. I do not recommend to cheat.

Desde o primeiro contato, instalação e posteriores manutenções, sempre fui muito bem atendido e o trabalho foi realizado com qualidade.
Um pequeno vendaval destruiu parcialmente minha cobertura em Março/20 e o trabalho de reparo realizado, conforme combinado, foi realizado em Abril.
Tudo perfeito! Telhas danificadas foram substituídas, lubrificação das articulações, vedação refeita, tudo com cuidado e qualidade.
Recomendo a todos que estejam interessados!

I am a customer of Luder's good years.
From the first contact, installation and subsequent maintenance, always been very well attended and the work was done with quality.
A small storm partially destroyed my cover in March / 20 and the repair work, as agreed, was held in April.
Everything perfect! damaged tiles have been replaced, joint lubrication, sealing redone, with all care and quality.
I recommend to all who are interested!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu optei pela Luder em 2004, e agora em 2021 no mesmo telhado, foi feita a manutenção com lavagem, reparos e etc. Estou muito satisfeita tanto com o trabalho quanto com os profissionais da empresa. Em nenhum momento tive nenhum tipo de problema, super indico, empresa sensacional!!!
