★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei meus gatos para banho e tosa e voltaram com PULGAS! O atendimento é feito por um cara super mal humorado no balcão, que deveria cuidar de coisas e nao de seres vivos. Para quem mora na regiao indico o Pet shop Bela Vista. Buscam em casa sem custo.
I took my cats to bath and cough and they came back with FLEAS! The service is done by a super grumpy guy at the counter, who should take care of things and not of living beings. For those who live in the region I indicate the Bela Vista Pet Shop. They look at home at no cost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixei meu gato pra tomar banho, cortaram as unhas dele na carne, deixaram sangrando na carne viva. Fui reclamar e disseram q ele devia ter se mexido. Impressionante porque machucaram TODOS os dedinhos dele. Um absurdo e falta de profissionalismo
I left my cat to bathe, cut his nails in the flesh, left bleeding in the raw flesh. I went to complain and they said he should have moved. Impressive because they hurt ALL of his little fingers. An absurdity and lack of professionalism

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei meu gato para banho e logo que cheguei em casa reparei que a maioria das unhas das patas da frente e de trás estava com sangue, horrível. Vi comentários antigos relatando esse descaso mas fui em SET/20 e aconteceu o mesmo. Descaso total.
I took my cat for a bath and as soon as I got home I noticed that most of the front and back paw nails were bloody, horrible. I saw old comments reporting this neglect but I went on SEP / 20 and the same happened. Total neglect.

Passei por diversos (senão todos) os pet shops da região, e de longe, este é o melhor pra ela. Ela inclusive adora os banhos e a equipe e até já vai sozinha direto ao lugar de espera para seus banhos. Muito obrigado pessoal! <3
Exceptional service, variety of products and super fair prices. I have a pug puppy, and as we all know, they are very sensitive in terms of skin. I went through several (if not all) pet shops in the region, and by far, this is the best one for her. She even loves the baths and the team and even goes alone to the waiting area for her baths. Thank you so much guys! <3

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui comprar um escova para a minha cachorra, durante a minha compra fui observar um pouco do cachorrinho tomando banho. O moço durante a tosa machucou o cachorro diversas vezes com a máquina, fazendo o cachorro chorar e quando 0tirava a pata por causa da dor, presenciei o moço dando um tapa no pescoço do pet. Fora que já levei minha outra cachorra para tomar banho e voltou traumatizada. O petshop deveria ser fechado . Não recomendo nenhum pouco muito descaso com o animal.
I went to buy a brush for my dog, during my purchase I went to observe a little of the puppy taking a bath. During the grooming, the dog hurt the dog several times with the machine, making the dog cry and when he removed his paw because of the pain, I witnessed the boy slapping the pet's neck. Besides, I already took my other dog to bathe and came back traumatized. The petshop should be closed. I do not recommend a little too much neglect with the animal.
