★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo m nenhuma hipótese. Tem anos que demos sinal na compra de um apartamento e até hj nada, mais precisamente 2010. A justiça já nos deu ganho de causa e condenou o teu a devolver nosso dinheiro e nos indenizar, isso no final de 2017. Até hoje não conseguimos reaver 1 real do que perdemos. Só depois de ter dado o dinheiro, como leigos que somos, fomos pesquisar e descobrimos que a imobiliária não possui mais nem CRECI. Triste em saber que eles continuam atuando no mercado e que, certamente continuam a engana muitas pessoas.
I don't recommend any hypothesis. It has been years since we signaled the purchase of an apartment and until now nothing, more precisely 2010. Justice has already won us over and ordered yours to return our money and indemnify us, this at the end of 2017. Until today we have not been able to recover 1 real than we lost. Only after giving the money, as lay people that we are, we went to research and discovered that the real estate company does not even have CRECI anymore. Sad to know that they continue to operate in the market and that they certainly continue to deceive many people.
