★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou com um processo que na primeira audiencia o advogada deles que me representou me infomrou que eles perderam prazos de contestaçao, eu indaguei revoltado o dono Dr paulo sergio me deu o numero particular e ate certa epoca atenção, agora depois de meu processo retornar de Brasilia me informa que retornara pq "nao foi uma peça para julgamento", em resumo processo de 2012 ate hoje nada e o intrigante é: varios ex colegas da mesma empresa ja teve sua situação definida.

Minha experiência não foi muito Boa, tenho dois processo com esse advogado no início até fui bem atendido por ser início de processo,porém de meio para frente só decepção.
Primeiro o advogado atendia a lição, depois começou a mandar ligar para o escritório e bloqueou meu número, quando ligava para o escritório sempre não tinha um advogado para orientar quando não mandava retornar após 10 minutos ,e deixava o Telefone fora do gancho.
Ágora mesmo durante a pandemia é impossível falarmos com um advogado, a não ser via msn no zap quando respondem ao nosso contato.... Muito ruim o atendimento!!

My experience was not very good, I have two lawsuits with this lawyer at the beginning until I was well attended because it was the beginning of the process, but from the middle on, only disappointment.
First the lawyer answered the lesson, then he started to send a call to the office and blocked my number, when he called the office he didn't always have a lawyer to guide him when he didn't have to return after 10 minutes, and left the phone off the hook.
Now, even during the pandemic, it is impossible to speak to a lawyer, unless via msn no zap when they respond to our contact .... Too bad the service !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente não temos como avaliar com estrela negativa, péssimo atendimento, total falta de comprometimento com o cliente, já fui atendido por vários advogados desse escritório e digo de coração que existem alguns que sejam comprometidos mais em sua maioria nem parecem ser profissionais, esse escritório com certeza não devemos indicar a ninguém.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Após sete anos de parceria com o escritório esperava um pouco mais de consideração, ao fim do meu processo me deram um cheque cruzado em meio a pandemia com bancos lotados para eu ter que depositar,sem levar tmb em conta a minha segurança física. Tive que sair procurando uma agência que desse condição de ser atendido. O pior que não se consegue falar com os administradores pra darem uma solução imediata.Em meio a tantos dispositivos modernos de depósito,isto foi no mínimo ultrapassado!
After seven years of partnership with the firm, I expected a little more consideration, at the end of my process I was given a crossed check in the midst of a pandemic with crowded banks so I had to deposit, without taking into account my physical safety. I had to go out looking for an agency that would be able to be served. The worst thing is that you can't talk to the administrators for an immediate solution. Amidst so many modern deposit devices, this was at least outdated!
