Pra piorar disse que poderia fazer um "aterramento alternativo, que geralmente funciona" no meu chuveiro, mas quando eu perguntei o que era isso (porque obviamente não quero ser eletrocutado) ele não quis dizer e parou de responder.
Bad service, ignorant.
To make matters worse I said I could do an "alternative ground, which usually works" in my shower, but when I asked what that was (because I obviously don't want to get electrocuted) he wouldn't say and stopped answering.
