★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei umas 4 vezes na loja de Jundiaí, as 3 primeiras vezes fui muito bem atendida apesar da loja ser muito apertada. As vendedoras ofereciam ajuda mas não ficavam empurrando nada, nem ficavam no pé o tempo todo. Estive na loja essa semana e o atendimento foi péssimo, funcionários com cara fechada, a loja amarrotada de roupa que não dava nem pra mexer na arara, vc tirava alguma peça as vendedoras ficavam olhando feio pq estavam arrumando, vendedora o tempo todo empurrando o que eu já tinha dito q não gostava... Foi minha menor compra na loja, sei que trocaram o quadro de funcionários e acho que foi um péssimo negócio.
I bought about 4 times at the store in Jundiaí, the first 3 times I was very well attended despite the store being very tight. The saleswomen offered help but didn't push anything or stand on their heels all the time. I was in the store this week and the service was terrible, employees with a frown, the store wrinkled with clothes that you couldn't even move the rack, you took something out the salesgirls kept looking ugly because they were fixing it, saleswoman all the time pushing what I had already said that I didn't like it... It was my smallest purchase at the store, I know they changed the staff and I think it was a bad deal.
