Tive um problema com nota fiscal, tentei resolver via telefone não foi possível, então procurei o sac, pediram pra eu retirar junto a gerente Rosani no estabelecimento pq já estava disponível. Chegando la, a mesma não estava, uma funcionária entrou em contato com ela, para saber o que poderia ser feito já que nota fiscal não estava na loja. Falei com ela, bateu o Cel na minha cara e não atendeu mais. Sra Rosani, a sra não tem qualificação para gerenciar uma loja, deveria trabalhar em um zoológico e aonde sua educação se encaixa!

Amei a loja, a vendedora, o atendimento e virei cliente.
