★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great ice cream. Service is so weak that made me regret the 3 times I went to this place. The owner should review the customer service system and train better his employees.
If you go, prepare your patience for a slow and weak service.
Edit: Last time I saw a huge cockroach walking nearby the chocolate...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ice cream is amazing. However, the space is not well thought, and you get very long and irritating lines due to overwhelming inefficiencies in their processes.
For example, they let people taste as many flavors as they want before choosing. Of course, some people over+abuse that and take many minutes to decide (as if they were looking for a place to live as opposed to a freaking ice cream).
In addition, due to bad disposition, you can't see all the flavors that are available, because people being served are standing in front of the counter. Because of that, choosing your flavor also takes much longer than it should. I don't understand why they can't simply have a list on the wall with the flavors so you can choose before being served.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice gelato shop in the middle of Savassi neighborhood! Sympathetic people serving, every gelato taste is a surprise, so diverse from what we have at standard ice cream shops. This is really a "gelateria artigianale"-feeling place. Just recommend this shop so much!
