★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive na loja na primeira vez e fui bem atendida, na segunda fui bem no final da tarde, liguei antes confirmando o horário de fechamento da loja, sai de Hortolândia e quando cheguei faltavam 50 minutos para o fechamento e a pessoa que estava lá não queria abrir a porta, como moro longe insisti e ela acabou me atendendo reclamando, mal humorada, dizendo que tinha horário agendado para fazer as unhas. Nunca mais voltei. Triste Isso, porque a qualidade do produto é muito boa, mais infelizmente esse tipo de atendimento é inadmissível.

I never came back. Sad This is because the quality of the product is very good, but unfortunately this type of service is unacceptable.
