Alguem com 78 anos dependendo dos aluguéis para o tratamento.
E eles pagavam valor errado.
Atrasos sempre!
Comunicação péssima!
Cansei de relatar ela não podia esperar.
E sempre respondiam da mema forma entra na conta com 3 dias.
Passava uma semana e ela por causa disso ficando sem a medicação.
Uma inquilina pq do covid ficou devendo 3 meses de aluguel e eles nadam assim o fisseram.
Decepção total com o trabalho da lumarj.
Pois não tiveram consideração com uma pessoa idosa de 78 anos com câncer em estado terminal.
Então se vcs forem pensa duas vezes no contratem o serviço dessa empresa pq com esa senhora foi de péssima qualidade e descaso total.
Faltaram com respeito tb
Total neglect with a lady sick with cancer, they took the properties to manage and the experience was horrible.
Someone 78 years old depending on rent for treatment.
And they paid the wrong amount.
Delays always!
Lousy communication!
I got tired of reporting she couldn't wait.
And they always responded in the same way you enter the account within 3 days.
A week went by and she lost her medication because of it.
A tenant because of the covid was owed 3 months of rent and they swim as they did.
Total disappointment with the work of lumarj.
Because they had no regard for a 78-year-old with terminal cancer.
So if you guys think twice about hiring the service of this company because this lady was of terrible quality and total neglect.
They lacked with respect too

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou a passar @mail desde o dia 07/02/22 pra pode fazer o pagamento e até agora nada,não consigo pedi pela a Internet por que mudaram meu CPF isso vinha acontecendo a mais de 6 meses que foi o momento que passei fora cuidando de parentes e a administradora nem sequer se tocou nem se quer me mandou uma mensagem nem se quer avisou ,pra mudar foi uma mão de obra.Um desrespeito enorme eu já teria tirado se não fosse o condomínio que obriga.
I've been sending @mail since 02/07/22 to make the payment and so far nothing, I can't ask on the Internet why they changed my CPF this had been happening for more than 6 months that was the moment I spent out taking care of relatives and the administrator did not even touch each other or sent me a message or even warned me, to change it was a labor. A huge disrespect I would have already taken away if it wasn't for the condominium that obliges.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desrespeito no atendimento ao cliente. No dia 10/01 por volta das 17:00 a empresa colocou no OLX e também em sua site o anúncio de aluguel de uma cobertura no condomínio Reserva Natural. Eu e meu esposo entramos no site, enviamos mensagem pelos telefones com Whatssap disponíveis (ATÉ HOJE ESPERANDO RECEBEREM AS MENSAGENS) e a palhaçada continua, me desloquei até Icaraí pois desde as 08h00 ligava para o setor de locação e ninguém atendia, até que quase às 09h00 uma senhora ligou e disse que iria passar meu telefone para um dos responsáveis pois ele estava em atendimento. Bora que tem mais palhaçada, não acreditando neste conversa e com interesse no imóvel fui ao escritório de Icaraí e chegando lá quem me atendeu foi o Lucas, que disse ter me respondido naquele momento, sim ele respondeu. E bora que tem mais, disse que entraria em contato comigo, pois o proprietário não tinha deixado as chaves no local e as visitas só acontecem com os bonites dos corretores e a boa vontade deles. E como todo carioca, disse que retornaria, claro que não né. No dia 12/01 o bonite do Lucas me mandou uma mensagem, claro, depois que eu perguntei se ele tinha novidades, informando que o proprietario tinha deixado a chave porém as visitas aconteceriam apenas a partir desta semana, 17/01 em diante e se eu tinha interesse: respondi que sim, pois o palhaço aqui foi até a loja para tentar alugar. O meu "sim" foi a última resposta, pois talvez no dia 30/02 essa empresa ridículo entre em contato, visto que não tiveram o respeito de me avisar que agora o anuncio é de venda, pois eu tive que verificar que tiraram o anúncio de aluguel. PALHAÇADA LUMARJ ... RÍDICULO vocês terem pessoas que representam o nome de vocês com este tipo de tratamento ao cliente, corram dessa empresa, desrespeito total com o cliente. E deixei uma estrela porque não tem como ser (-100). Bjos e não me liguem ....
