★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para uma madeireira tão antiga deveria ter melhores produtos, frequento há mais de 20 anos essa loja porque não tem opção que preste na região. Sempre tem o péssimo atendimento e penso 10 vezes antes de ir lá. Hoje em dia peço tudo pelo mercado livre, pago a mais no frete só para não ter que ser mal atendido.
For such an old lumber company it should have better products, I have been going to this store for more than 20 years because I have no option to pay in the region. There is always terrible service and I think 10 times before I go there. Nowadays I ask for everything for the free market, I pay more in freight just to not have to be poorly attended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apesar da loja parecer pequena, a parte de trás contém uma área gigantesca com uma grande variedade de cortes de madeira prontos, além da possibilidade de solicitar cortes específicos confirme a necessidade. Os vendedores e funcionários são atenciosos e cordiais. A loja possui estacionamento, porem não é muito amplo e não é muito acessível para cadeirantes. O acesso ao estoque pela loja é um pouco difícil para pessoas com limitações motoras, por causa das escadas, porém existe um acesso alternativo para carros através da lateral.
Although the store looks small, the back contains a gigantic area with a wide variety of ready-made wood cuts, in addition to the possibility to request specific cuts confirm the need. Salespeople and employees are attentive and friendly. The store has parking, however it is not very large and is not very accessible for wheelchair users. Access to stock through the store is a little difficult for people with motor limitations, because of the stairs, but there is an alternative access for cars through the side.

Paguei para cortar 28 x 20 e ao conferir, trouxe 28 x 19 - e ainda veio chanfrado...
Não recomendo, a menos que queiram ficar conferindo peça por peça. Na confiança são falhos. Decepcionada.

I paid to cut 28 x 20 and when I checked it, I brought 28 x 19 - and it still came with a bevel ...
I don't recommend it, unless you want to check it out piece by piece. In trust they are flawed. Disappointed.
