★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Durante a compra tudo ok. Após 3 meses de uso minha bateria simplesmente parou de funcionar e a assistência técnica deles foi completamente inútil. Atendem mal, são desaforados ao telefone e não ajudam em nada o cliente. Procurei por conta própria a assistência do fabricante e fui muito melhor atendida, tendo o meu problema resolvido. Ainda me acusaram de não fazer a revisão da bateria, mesmo estando no meio de uma pandemia com comércios todos fechados e decretos para ficar em casa. Uma lástima de atendimento. Não recomendo.
During the purchase everything is ok. After 3 months of use my battery just stopped working and their technical assistance was completely useless. They do poorly, are unashamed on the phone and do not help the customer at all. I looked for the manufacturer's assistance on my own and was much better attended, having my problem solved. They still accused me of not revising the battery, even though I was in the middle of a pandemic with all the shops closed and decrees to stay at home. A terrible service. I do not recommend.
