★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super desorganizado, no dia da prova não sabia onde estava um dos vestidos das madrinhas , no dia da retirada do meu vestido, meu vestido não estava pronto apesar de ter vindo fazer a prova , falaram que a lavanderia tinha desfeito o ajuste da bainha e das alças, tive que esperar 40 minutos para fazerem a bainha no dia. Não indico, porque a administração é a pior , não dão uma satisfação e nem comunicam o cliente sobre os "imprevistos" .
 Super disorganized, on the day of the test I did not know where one of the bridesmaids' dresses was, on the day my dress was removed, my dress was not ready despite having come for the test, they said that the laundry had undone the adjustment of the hem and handles, I had to wait 40 minutes for the hem that day. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gente, NÃO VÃO NESSA LOJA NEM QUE ELA SEJA A ÚLTIMA OPÇÃO DO DESERTO DO SAARA. Um calor absurdo dentro loja. Um total de 0 conforto para o cliente, não tem Wi-Fi, celular da Tim não funciona... Voltarei APENAS para entregar meu termo mesmo e não pretendo voltar nunca mais aqui como cliente. Temos muitas outras opções em Nova Iguaçu. Procurem em outros lugares antes de vir aqui! Sem condição nenhuma.
Folks, DON'T GO TO THIS STORE EVEN IF IT IS THE LAST OPTION IN THE SAARA DESERT. An absurd heat inside the store. A total of 0 comfort for the customer, no Wi-Fi, Tim's cell phone doesn't work... I'll ONLY return to deliver my term and I don't intend to ever come back here as a customer. We have many other options in Nova Iguaçu. Look elsewhere before coming here! No condition at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ não indico a loja pra mais ngm, aluguei um dos vestidos da promoção de 150 e só por isao fui super destratada pelas atendentes. no dia sa busca do vestido a bainha estava toda torta e as costuras fora das minhas medidas, pq não pude experimentar o vestido na prova pois segundo as atendentes estava na rua. Ao pedir pra consertar a bainha TORTA a atendente reclamou q teria que refazer tudo. no fundo da loja a atendente Martinha e Elen comentavam que isso que dava alugar vestido barato e a sorte era q eu não tinha feito um barraco. Marcaram para eu buscar o vestido à tarde e mesmo assim esperei mais uma hora para pegar o vestido, quando pedi para a atendente apressar, a mesma pega o telefone e diz que eu estava com pressa para agilizarem o vestido. me senti muito mal, não indico essa loja. não vão lá
I do not recommend the store for more ngm, I rented one of the dresses from the 150th promotion and just because of that I was super treated by the attendants. On the day I was looking for the dress, the hem was all crooked and the seams out of my measurements, because I couldn't try the dress on in the test because, according to the attendants, I was on the street. When asking to fix the PIE hem, the attendant complained that she would have to redo everything. at the back of the store, the attendant Martinha and Elen commented that this was what renting a cheap dress was and luck was that I hadn't built a shack. They arranged for me to pick up the dress in the afternoon and even so I waited another hour to pick up the dress, when I asked the attendant to hurry, she picks up the phone and says I was in a hurry to speed up the dress. I felt really bad, I don't recommend this store. don't go there

Aluguei meu vestido de formatura em 2019 e o atendimento foi ótimo! Voltei esse ano para alugar o meu de madrinha e o atendimento foi péssimo (infelizmente a menina que me atendeu em 2019 não estava mais lá). Te julgam pela sua aparência, atendente Márcia é péssima, super sem educação, chega lá ela nem olha p sua cara e muito menos um "boa tarde" dar a pessoa (em 2019 aconteceu a mesma coisa, mas graças a Deus não foi ela que me atendeu). No dia da prova o meu vestido sumiu num passe de mágica, uns 20 minutos até aparecer. E a qualidade dos vestidos nem estão lá essas coisas p ser cobrado o valor que é!

I rented my prom dress in 2019 and the service was great! I returned this year to rent my godmother and the service was terrible (unfortunately the girl who attended me in 2019 was no longer there). You are judged by your appearance, the attendant Márcia is terrible, super uneducated, she doesn't even look at your face, let alone a "good afternoon" to give the person (in 2019 the same thing happened, but thank God she wasn't the one attended me). On the day of the test my dress disappeared by magic, about 20 minutes until it appeared. And the quality of the dresses aren't even there for those things to be charged for!
