★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apartamentos bem planejados, com espaços muito bem aproveitados. O condomínio tem um preço muito bom para o que entrega. Localização privilegiada. Dá pra ir tranquilamente ao Shopping Dom Pedro caminhando. Dois supermercados e uma variedade de serviços muito próximos. Sem contar que o bairro é muito mais seguro e tranquilo. Pra quem tem carro, o acesso à Unicamp e à PUC é super fácil e rápido. Só as opções de ônibus que deixam a desejar, mas aí é problema do péssimo serviço de ônibus de Campinas. De qualquer forma, tem dois pontos de ônibus que ficam praticamente em frente ao condomínio, fora os fretados de diversas empresas, que passam perto. Sem dúvida, uma excelente opção de moradia.
Well planned apartments, with spaces very well used. The condo has a very good price for what it delivers. Prime location. You can easily go to Shopping Dom Pedro on foot. Two supermarkets and a variety of services are very close. Not to mention that the neighborhood is much safer and quieter. For those who have a car, access to Unicamp and PUC is super easy and fast. Only the bus options leave something to be desired, but that is the problem with the terrible bus service in Campinas. Anyway, there are two bus stops that are practically in front of the condominium, apart from the charters of several companies, which pass close by. Undoubtedly, an excellent housing option.

Fui apenas entregar na portaria um cartão de um morador,o porteiro é obrigado a recusar a entrega por estacionar em uma calçada gigantesca e inútil,tendo que colocar a moto na rua e retornar a pé até a portaria.(Motoboys precisam de acesso rápido e fácil para agilizar as entregas por toda a região, não é 1 entrega por dia, são 100 entregas) então uma regra dessa pode atrasar muito o restante do dia.
Um dos procedimentos mais ridículos que já vi em condomínio.
Resultado: O morador vai ficar mais uma semana sem seu cartão,por que eu não me rebaixo a tal humilhação.
Disrespect for Deliverers!
I just went to deliver a resident's card at the concierge, the doorman is forced to refuse delivery for parking on a gigantic and useless sidewalk, having to put the motorcycle on the street and return on foot to the concierge. (Motoboys need quick access and easy to expedite deliveries across the region, it's not 1 delivery a day, it's 100 deliveries) so a rule like that can delay the rest of the day a lot.
One of the most ridiculous procedures I've ever seen in a condominium.
Result: The resident will stay another week without his card, why don't I lower myself to such humiliation.
