★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive hoje na ótica e fui atendido pela Bianca que me tratou com total falta de respeito, visto que tratava-se de uma doação acordada entre a empresa que trabalho e a Lunetterie, nunca fui tão humilhado em minha vida, espero sinceramente que ninguém passe por isso.
 I was at the optic today and was treated by Bianca who treated me with total disrespect, since it was a donation agreed between the company I work and Lunetterie, never been so humiliated in my life, I sincerely hope no one goes through that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ entrei nessa loja no inicio do ano com expectativas baixas achando que seria cara e com pouca variedade de oculos.
Fui atendido peja vendedora Silvia Dias que rapidamente mudou tudo. Ela me mostrou vários óculos que combinaram comigo e com gama de preços ampla.
Sai satisfeito com a compra e ainda recebi o produto em minha casa(estava me recuperando de uma cirurgia).
Tive um problema com armação e ela tentou consertar sem sucesso.
Voltei para comprar outros óculos e de novo fui muito bem atendido e além disso ela conseguiu resolver o problema com os outros óculos..
De agora em diante sempre que precisar de oculos passarei primeior a Lunetterie da Constante Ramos
I entered this store at the beginning of the year with low expectations thinking it would be expensive and with little variety of glasses.
I was attended by saleswoman Silvia Dias who quickly changed everything. She showed me several glasses that matched me and with wide price range.
I am satisfied with the purchase and still received the product in my home (I was recovering from surgery).
I had a frame issue and she tried to fix it unsuccessfully.
I went back to buy other glasses and again I was very well attended and besides she managed to solve the problem with the other glasses ..
From now on whenever I need glasses I will pass first to Lunetterie da Constante Ramos
