★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me venderam um produto totalmente diferente do que eu estava procurando, com falta de informação. Procurava uma tinta fantasia ou tonalizando, me venderam tinta profissional, não me explicaram que precisava de água oxigenda sendo meu cabelo já descolorido. Quando fui tirar satisfação falaram que "imaginam que quem compra essas coisas já devia saber" e que toda tinta precisa de ox ( nunca tinha visto de todas as tintas que já usei) e não recebi reembolso. Gastei 30 reais atoa porque não posso usar uma tinta com ox num cabelo já descolorido, odeiei a experiência na loja e aconselho maiores explicações de uso sobre os produtos que vendem, não mais que obrigação pra que ninguem leve produto errado pra casa.
They sold me a totally different product than I was looking for, lacking information. I was looking for a fancy or toning ink, they sold me professional ink, they didn't explain to me that I needed oxygen water with my hair already bleached. When I went to get satisfaction they said that "imagine that those who buy these things should already know" and that all ink needs ox (had never seen all the paints I have used) and received no refund. I spent 30 reais atoa because I can not use a dye with ox in already bleached hair, I hated the experience in the store and advise further explanations of use about the products they sell, no more obligation for anyone to take the wrong product home.
