I highly recommend, effective service by WhatsApp and very fast delivery. I am immensely grateful to the staff who attended me because it was food for a dog that was hospitalized.

I highly recommend this store. Staff always polite and helpful, treat us very well and our pets, including. In addition to excellent service, we can still count on a huge variety of products at great prices! Everything my 4-legged daughters need is at Lupi that I buy.

I only buy on ZAP, but the prices are the best, delivery tx 0.50 they deliver very fast. And they still pay in installments without interest from 100, I loved shopping with them. I recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja é boa, porém não tinha os produtos que eu fui comprar, procurei o novo Veja Pets, não tinha, procurei a nova linha de Bifinhos Snacks e Biscoitinhos da Nutrisco e não tinha, Procurei Areia VIVA não tinha, procurei Areia Garfield e Hello Kitty também não tinha.
Complicado, Biscoitinhos HANA também não tinha.
The store is good, but they didn't have the products I went to buy, I looked for the new Veja Pets, they didn't have them, I looked for the new line of Bifinhos Snacks and Biscuits from Nutrisco and they didn't have them, I looked for Areia VIVA they didn't have them, I looked for Areia Garfield and Hello Kitty didn't either.
Complicated, HANA Cookies didn't have either.
