★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atendimento!! A loja possui tudo da marca. Os produtos são excelentes, tem todas as cores e numeração tanto da linha feminina quanto masculina. As vendedoras são mto atenciosas, gentis e treinadas. E o preço tb é otimo, valeria até mais pela quantidade do produto. Todos produtos da Lupo tem alta qualidade e durabilidade!! Super recomendo os produtos e está loja de Centervale mais ainda!!!
 Excellent service !! The store has everything from the brand. The products are excellent, it has all the colors and numbering of both the feminine and masculine lines. The salespeople are very thoughtful, kind and trained. And the price tb is great, would be worth even more by the quantity of the product. All Lupo products have high quality and durability !! Super recommend the products and Centervale shop is even more !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive na loja para procurar uma meia que havia visto na internet, porém com esperança de ter um bom atendimento. Saí da loja indignada com o tratamento dado a mim, como cliente e como pessoa. Grosseria e julgamento estavam no ar, além da má vontade em me atender por parte da, imagino eu, gerente da loja. Jamais voltarei e agora entendo o motivo de raramente ter visto pessoas comprando nessa loja. Não recomendo.
I went to the store to look for a sock I had seen on the internet, but hoping for good service. I left the shop outraged by the treatment given to me as a customer and as a person. Rudeness and judgment were in the air, and the unwillingness to attend to me from, I imagine, the store manager. I will never go back and now I understand why I have rarely seen people shopping at this store. I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ RECLAMAÇÃO: Sempre comprei produtos como cuecas e meias da Lupo, apesar do atendimento nas lojas da marca não ser lá essas coisas, sempre gostei dos produtos devido à qualidade. Mas o que aconteceu na unidade do Center Vale Shopping me deixou indignado!!!! Eu estive na loja no dia 15/07/2017, um sábado, e fui atendido por uma funcionária morena e baixinha, chamada Tracy (pelo menos foi o que me informaram depois, não sei se é esse mesmo o nome). Ela me atendeu de uma maneira nada simpática, meio arrogânte e com má vontade, como se ela estivesse fazendo um favor para mim. Mesmo assim não liguei e continue a escolher meias e cuecas. Eu ainda não tinha terminado, ela simplesmente me largou e foi atender outro cliente. Isso por si só já era motivo para eu largar tudo e ir embora, mas deixei pra lá e continue escolhendo, enquanto isso peguei um pijama e fui experimentar no provador. Nesse momento os clientes foram embora e ela é a outra vendedora ficaram sozinhas na loja e começaram a falar mal da clientela, debochando e criticando, falaram inclusive de mim, que eu tinha escolhido um monte de coisas e largado tudo e ido embora. Eu peguei e saí do provador e perguntei quem era a gerente? Elas ficaram estáticas e não responderam. Eu disse para elas que fossem menos sem noção e olhassem nos provadores antes de falar mal dos clientes e que ia gastar meu dinheiro em outro local! Resumindo nunca mais piso lá!
COMPLAINT: I always bought products like Lupo's underwear and socks, although the service at the brand's stores is not there, I always liked the products due to their quality. But what happened at the Center Vale Shopping unit made me indignant !!!! I was at the store on 07/15/2017, a Saturday, and I was attended by a brunette and petite employee, called Tracy (at least that's what I was told later, I don't know if that is the same name). She attended me in an unfriendly way, a little arrogant and with ill will, as if she were doing me a favor. Even so I didn't care and continue to choose socks and underwear. I wasn't done yet, she just left me and went to see another customer. That in itself was a reason for me to drop everything and go, but I let it go and keep choosing, meanwhile I got pajamas and went to try on the fitting room. At that moment, the customers left and she is the other salesperson, they were alone in the store and started to speak ill of the customers, mocking and criticizing, they even talked about me, that I had chosen a lot of things and left everything and left. I took it and left the fitting room and asked who was the manager? They were static and did not respond. I told them to be less clueless and look in the fitting rooms before talking badly about customers and that I was going to spend my money elsewhere! In short, never walk there again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta tarde fui até a Lupo do centervale para comprar máscaras, o produto em si é de grande qualidade, havia o produto em tamanho único em exposição porém eu também gostaria de saber o tamanho das máscaras infantis, perguntei para a atendente e o atendimento foi péssimo, cheguei com toda a educação e fui tratada com desdém. A situação foi muito desagradável.
This afternoon I went to the Lupo at centervale to buy masks, the product itself is of great quality, there was the one size product on display but I would also like to know the size of the children's masks, I asked the attendant and the service was terrible , I arrived with all education and was treated with disdain. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja em si é ótima os produtos excelentes , porém as vendedoras , eram em 3 , são muito antipáticas , se não tomarem providência a tendência é fechar , eu não volto mais ... e pelo visto das outras avaliações não é de hj que isso vem acontecendo. Pra vcs terem noção eu fui pra comprar cueca boxer , eu queria 10 mas ela me mostrou apenas duas iguais, uma preta e uma branca , qdo perguntei se não tinha outras cores, ela me respondeu, tem mas a senhora não vai gostar e não me mostrou mais nenhuma . Dá pra essa loja ir pra frente ?
The store itself is great, the products are excellent, but the salespeople were in 3, they are very unfriendly, if they do not take action, the tendency is to close, I will not be back ... it has been happening. So you know, I went to buy boxer shorts, I wanted 10 but she showed me only two of the same type, one black and one white, when I asked if there were no other colors, she answered, yes, but you will not like it and you will not showed no more. Atendente extremamente arrogante, sem educação e ríspida neste domingo (13/03) com outros clientes e a mim. Ao ser atendido pela pessoa, foi questionada referente a disponibilidade de outras cores das máscaras da marca onde respondeu de forma torta, grossa, como se tivesse apenas no aguardo que me deslocasse para fora da loja e ainda não sanando a minha dúvida. Não é a primeira vez que isto acontece comigo - visto também em relatos de outros comentários daqui, recentes e antigos e acredito que, por mais a frequência destes fatos, gerentes ou responsáveis do ponto e da franquia não possuem conhecimento sobre ação como destes "profissionais" para que esses incidentes ainda ocorram. Com este comentário, deixo um alerta pois é importante lembrar que existem leis e direitos que visam o lado dos consumidores perante essas empresas pois há pessoas que possuem conhecimento para a tomada de medidas cabíveis judiciais caso chegue a um ponto mais agravante sobre tais atitudes mencionadas. Ao mais, desejo ótimas vendas, disponibilidade de produtos, longevidade da loja e um recrumentamento com pessoas competentes para a execução de seus serviços.

Extremely arrogant, rude and harsh attendant this Sunday (13/03) with other customers and me. When he was answered by the person, he was asked about the availability of other colors of the brand's masks, where he answered in a crooked, thick way, as if he was just waiting for me to move out of the store and still not solving my doubt. This is not the first time that this has happened to me - seen also in reports of other comments here, recent and old and I believe that, despite the frequency of these facts, managers or those responsible for the point and the franchise do not have knowledge about action like these "professionals " for these incidents to still occur. With this comment, I leave a warning because it is important to remember that there are laws and rights that aim at the side of consumers before these companies because there are people who have the knowledge to take appropriate judicial measures if it reaches a more aggravating point about such mentioned attitudes. In addition, I wish great sales, availability of products, longevity of the store and a recruitment with competent people to perform your services.
