★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei e pedi para reservar um produto. Quando minha sogra foi buscar a vendedora disse que eu havia reservado três! A vendedora foi mau caráter, desonesta e pequena. Não invisto mais um centavo nessa filial.
I called and asked to reserve a product. When my mother-in-law went to get the saleswoman she said that I had booked three! The saleswoman was mean character, dishonest and small. I do not invest another cent in this branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Auswahl ist gut man kann vieles finden was man braucht. Ich kaufe, wenn ich in Brasilien bin bei Lupo hauptsächlich T-Shirts, Socken und Unterwäsche. Ich habe da gestern für 2295.- Reals eingekauft, ich habe gefragt ob ein Rabatt von 10% möglich wäre, die Damen meinten das geht nicht, das fand ich schade schliesslich habe ich mit Debit bezahlt und das ist wie Bargeld also kann man da auch etwas Rabatt geben, die Damen haben gemerkt, dass ich Ausländer war und wollten nur kassieren, schade für Lupo. Einige Tage zuvor kaufte ich cirka 8 Artikel im Lupo in Ipanema und die haben gesagt ab 6 Artikel bekomme ich 10% Rabatt, da muss ich sagen stark! Also ich rate allen ab im Lupo Leblon einzukaufen, sind nicht sehr grosszügig und kundenfreundlich sondern wollen nur Umsatz. Werde künftig nicht mehr in Lupo Leblon einkaufen wenn ich in Brasilien bin. Und ich rate allen anderen es auch nicht zu tun wenn ihr gross einkaufen wollt.
The selection is good, you can find a lot of what you need. When I'm in Brazil, I mainly buy t-shirts, socks and underwear from Lupo. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível! Péssimo atendimento, aliás, nem cheguei a ser atendida. Assim que entrei, foi abordada por uma funcionária, pedindo para que eu ficasse fora da loja pois estava um pouco cheia. Mentira!! Haviam poucos clientes proximo ao caixa e eu estava entrando logo no início p comprar algumas meias para meu filho. Aguardei fora da loja por 10/15 minutos e desisti por fim. Observei a tal funcionária olhando-me c desdém por várias vezes. Ela em nenhum momento perguntou o que eu deseja comprar. Durante esse tempo que fiquei parada na porta com meu filho de 4 anos, ninguém saiu e ninguém entrou. Estávamos voltando da praia, qdo me deparei c a loja aberta e fomos la. Péssima ideia!
Horrible! Bad service, in fact, I was not even attended to. As soon as I entered, I was approached by an employee, asking me to stay out of the store as it was a little crowded. Lie!! There were few customers near the checkout and I was walking in early on to buy some socks for my son. I waited outside the store for 10/15 minutes and finally gave up. I observed this employee looking at me with disdain several times. She never asked what I want to buy. During the time I was standing at the door with my 4-year-old son, no one left and no one came. We were on our way back from the beach, when I came across the store open and we went there. Bad idea!
