Na última visita a essa loja específica, localizada no shopping Tucuruvi, fomos comprar calcinhas e a variedade de cores, e modelos era pouquíssima. A vendedora não sugeriu nada mais quando falei das cores que estava me oferecendo e disse apenas que a Lupo não faz nada além do básico. Fomos em outra loja da mesma marca dois dias após, e comprei várias calcinhas, de várias cores legais que não são básicas.
Os produtos poderiam ser melhor expostos aos clientes pelos funcionários.
Fora isso, a marca em si é maravilhosa!
 My husband and I use a lot of Lupo products, and we like to buy gifts from that brand too. On the last visit to this specific store, located in the Tucuruvi shopping mall, we went to buy panties and the variety of colors, and models were very few. The seller did not suggest anything more when I spoke of the colors she was offering me and said only that Lupo does nothing more than the basics. We went to another store of the same brand two days later, and I bought several panties, in several cool colors that are not basic.
Products could be better exposed to customers by employees.
Other than that, the brand itself is wonderful!
