★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, ou melhor, nem tive atendimento, por duas vezes entrei na loja, olhei os lustres por alguns minutos, e nem ao menos bom dia ou boa tarde os funcionários foram capazes de dar, eles simplesmente fingi que não estão te vendo e continuam conversando entre si. Péssimo atendimento.
Terrible service, or better, I didn't even have service, twice I went into the store, looked at the light fixtures for a few minutes, and not even good morning or good afternoon were the employees able to give, they just pretended they weren't seeing you and continue talking to each other. Terrible attendance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento muito ruim, entramos na loja os atendentes todos sentados conversando, até que uma vendedora sentada mesmo perguntou o que eu estava procurando, disse que olhei no site e estava a procura de um lustre, a mesma disse que o site não está atualizado e que o modelo que queria não tinha. Uma outra vendedora disse que tinha sim inclusive exposto na loja, mas que demora em torno de 15 dias para chegar. Todos continuaram sentados e pelo atendimento péssimo resolvi me retirar.
Very bad service, we went into the store, the attendants all sitting talking, until a saleswoman actually sitting asked what I was looking for, she said that I looked on the website and was looking for a chandelier, she said that the site is not up to date and that the model I wanted didn't have. Another seller said that yes, she had even exhibited in the store, but that it takes around 15 days to arrive. Everyone remained seated and because of the poor service I decided to leave.
