★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou com problemas com essa fábrica. Eu comprei algumas persianas e tive vários problemas. Agora estou com mais uma peça desfiando e pedi que a fábrica fosse até o local retirar e arrumar a peça. A garantia deles é de 2 anos e eu deixei de comprar por falta de bom atendimento é bom produto.
Como temos um problema, eles pedem que eu retire a peça no meu cliente e deixe na minha casa para eles virem buscar, mas para retirar a peça tem que ser um técnico que saiba fazer isso, então tenho que pagar para um técnico retirar e depois para reinstalar. E eles me disseram que não tem técnico que saiba fazer isso. Que só mandam um motorista que não sabe retirar a peça. Como uma fábrica não tem um técnico que saiba mexer no produto deles.
Por isso que deixei de comprar deles, estava tendo muitos problemas com as peças e eles sempre se esquivando doa problemas. Péssimo atendimento e péssimo pós venda.
I'm in trouble with this factory. I bought some blinds and had several problems. Now I have another piece unraveling and I asked the factory to go to the place to remove and fix the piece. Their warranty is 2 years and I stopped buying due to lack of good service and a good product.
As we have a problem, they ask me to remove the part from my client and leave it at my house for them to come and get it, but to remove the part you have to be a technician who knows how to do it, so I have to pay for a technician to remove it and then to reinstall. And they told me that there is no technician who knows how to do this. That only send a driver who does not know how to remove the part. As a factory does not have a technician who knows how to work on their product.
That's why I stopped buying from them, I was having a lot of problems with the parts and they were always dodging problems. Lousy service and lousy after sales.
