★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei 04 pneus e me deram garantia de 1 ano, 1 pneu no primeiro alinhamento apresentou deslocamento (4 meses). Fui lá 3 vezes e me enviaram pra fazer avaliação em uma loja credenciada deles. O técnico condenou o pneu e disse para eu voltar lá na loja para trocar. Voltei lá mais duas vezes e nada, disseram que iam me ligar e até hoje nada. Desisti!
Não vou dar 0 estrela porque não tem jeito, CUIDADO ao comprar lá, pois se falarem em garantia é mentira, meu pneu deslocou, estourou o amortecedor, cansei de ir lá, inclusive um dos dias o proprietário estava lá e nada, não trocou o pneu e é só conversa...não perderam somente um cliente, mas pode ter certeza que foram muitos.
I bought 04 tires and they gave me a 1 year warranty, 1 tire in the first alignment showed displacement (4 months). I went there 3 times and they sent me to be evaluated in an accredited store. The technician condemned the tire and told me to go back to the store to change it. I went back there two more times and nothing, they said they would call me and still nothing. I gave up!
I won't give 0 stars because there's no way, BEWARE when buying there, because if they talk about warranty it's a lie, my tire shifted, the shock absorber burst, I got tired of going there, even one of the days the owner was there and nothing, he didn't change the tire and it's just talk... they didn't lose just one customer, but you can be sure there were many.
