★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou de Sorocaba,comprei um Óculos de sol da grazi Massafera, na Ótica Carol rua Coronel Benedito Pires,168-centro de Sorocaba a 1 ano e 5meses pouco usei mas apresentou defeito na lente descascando-o fiquei muito chateada com o ocorrido.pois preciso dele vou fazer uma cirurgia oftalmológica,levando lá nessa ótica a vendedora constatou como defeito de fabricação.Como a garantia é de ano fiquei no prejuízo.Obrigada
I am from Sorocaba, I bought a Sunglasses from grazi Massafera, at Ótica Carol Rua Coronel Benedito Pires, 168-center of Sorocaba for 1 year and 5 months I hardly used it but it had a defect in the lens peeling it, I was very upset with what happened. I am going to have an ophthalmologic surgery, taking it from that point of view the seller found it as a manufacturing defect. As the warranty is for one year I was at a loss.

Demos o treinamento, emitimos o certificado e nota fiscal, ligamos, ninguém atende, enviamos e-mail, ninguém responde. Espero um dia ainda receber. Nota 0 em tratamento ao fornecedor.
As a supplier, I am disappointed to have to say that a company the size of Luxottica has owed us for two months. We gave the training, issued the certificate and invoice, called, no one answered, sent an email, no one responded. I hope to one day receive it. Note 0 in treatment to the supplier.
