★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assinei os documentos referente a compra de um veículo no dia 30/12/2021. Disse que devido ao final de ano o Banco só iria liberar o dinheiro do financiamento no dia 03/01/2022 e assim entregariam a chave do carro. No dia dia 03/01 entrei em contato com a loja e a mesma relatou que o dinheiro não havia caído. Me entregaram o carro no dia 05/01/2022.
Quando vi o documento do carro o último licenciamento é do exercício de 2020 e um débito de mais de R$2400,00 entre multas e IPVA atrasados do último dono. Conversando com o vendedor o mesmo disse que os débitos iriam ser pagos no mesmo dia.
Hoje já é dia 13/01/2022, oito dia após a minha compra, os débitos ainda constam e estou sem poder andar com o carro na rua por estar com a documentação atrasada.
Utilizo o carro para ir para o trabalho, porém neste momento estou tendo que utilizar outro meio de transporte para não ter problemas maiores.
Solicito urgência na resolução do problema
 I signed the documents regarding the purchase of a vehicle on 12/30/2021. He said that due to the end of the year, the Bank would only release the financing money on 01/03/2022 and so they would deliver the car key. On 01/03 I contacted the store and they reported that the money had not fallen. They delivered the car to me on 01/05/2022.
When I saw the car document, the last license is from the year 2020 and a debt of more than R$2400.00 between late fines and IPVA from the last owner. Talking to the seller, he said that the debts would be paid on the same day.
Today is 01/13/2022, eight days after my purchase, the debts are still on and I am unable to drive the car on the street because I have the documentation late.
I use the car to go to work, but at the moment I'm having to use another means of transport so I don't have major problems.
I urgently need to resolve the issue.
