Seria mais honesto dizer que não consegue fazer o serviço do que fazer mal feito e inventar desculpas depois. De longe, a pior experiência em compras para construção.
Incomplete and poorly done service, 2 pieces missing, several promised and missed deadlines, lack of respect and transparency with the customer. It would be more honest to say that you can't do the job than do it badly and make excuses later. By far the worst construction shopping experience.

Terrible service, schedule a day to measure, and it doesn't come or give satisfaction. I got in touch with them in April, to make a piece of 30 centimeters for the sink that they put in and until 7/29 nd, I don't recommend it.

Instalaram a pedra, mas a Cuba começou a vazar. Já mandei três mensagens desde o dia 01 de dezembro. As mensagens são visualizadas, mas não são respondidas. Preciso solucionar o vazamento pra poder instalar meu armário.

Very unsatisfactory customer service.
They installed the stone, but Cuba began to leak. I've sent three messages since December 1st. Messages are viewed but not replied to. I need to fix the leak so I can install my closet.
First and last purchase. Besides, I don't recommend it to anyone

Contratei o serviço em julho de 2021com promessa em contrato de 30 dias, depois de muita cobrança a instalação foi feita no final de setembro. Ficaram defeitos que até hoje não foram corrigidos. Quando entro em contato , prometem que virão resolver, mas até agora nada!!!! Não recomendo nem pra inimimigo! Descaso total!!! A base do balcão já está descolando e faltou acabamento.
Bad experience! Delay in delivery and assembly. I hired the service in July 2021 with a promise in a 30-day contract, after a lot of charging the installation was done at the end of September. There were defects that to this day have not been corrected. When I get in touch, they promise that they will come to solve it, but so far nothing!!!! I don't even recommend it to enemies! Total neglect!!! The base of the counter is already peeling off and lacked finishing.
