No dia 15/05 comprei uma pulseira e depois de 2 dias, sem uso de creme ou perfume, porque eu realmente não uso, a pulseira ficou com aspecto de enferrujado e embolorado
Liguei na loja por 2 vezes, uma em contato com a Elen e a mesma me disse que trocaria sem problema nenhum. Moro em Sorocaba , tive um custo de 150,00 só de viagem.
Quando cheguei na loja, o dono quis me convencer que ela estava em excelente estado, fez uma limpeza e só depois fui explicado sobr3 a política de troca, que eu teria de colocar 50% do valor pago, para trocar
Me senti enganada, se eu soubesse que a política era essa, nem teria saído da minha casa
Nunca mais compro, no mesmo prédio no 5° andar tem uma loja grande, que no mesmo dia que comprei a minha, comprei uma pra ela
Ela faz limpeza de casa, usa creme e está perfeita

Então sobre o loja: O atendimento e péssimo e desorganizado.... quem gasta mais tem atendimento preferencial....a política de troca é abusiva e lesa o cliente
