★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento deixou muito a desejar. Ganhei um presente da mac, mas não uso muita maquiagem, então não sei os produtos e mal sei passar maquiagem. A atendente me mostrou poucos produtos, falou que ia passar a base em mim, passou em metade do rosto e a outra metade mandou eu passar, sabendo que não sei usar. Até os outros atendentes ficaram me olhando, porque realmente não sei passar, fiquei parecendo uma palhaça, depois ela ainda falou para eu arrumar com o dedo, fiquei bem desconfortavel. Além disso a atendente perguntou se eu era timida e eu respondi que sim, ela disse para "eu não ser assim". Timidez não é defeito e acredito que ela está la para fazer o trabalho e não dizer o que eu devo ou não ser, além do que a minha timidez não estava atrapalhando em nada, apenas acho desnecessario contar minha vida a um atendente. Para terminar, estava com um produto com vencimento para fevereiro de 2019 e não tinha outro, ela também não se deu ao trabalho de me mostrar outros. A troca é um direito do consumidor e deve ser feita tal como a compra. Gostei dos produtos, mas com certeza não volto na loja.
 Customer service left a lot to be desired. I got a gift from mac, but I don’t wear a lot of makeup, so I don’t know the products and I barely know how to apply makeup. The attendant showed me few products, said that she was going to pass the base on me, passed it over half my face and the other half told me to pass it, knowing that I don't know how to use it. Even the other attendants were looking at me, because I really don't know how to pass, I looked like a clown, then she still told me to fix it with my finger, I was very uncomfortable. In addition, the attendant asked if I was shy and I said yes, she said "I shouldn't be like this". Shyness is not a defect and I believe she is there to do the job and not say what I should or should not be, besides my shyness was not getting in the way, I just think it is unnecessary to tell my life to an attendant. Finally, I had a product due in February 2019 and had no other, she also didn't bother to show me others. The exchange is a consumer right and must be made just like the purchase. I liked the products, but I certainly won't be back at the store.
