Solicitei orçamento e me dispus a enviar documentação ortodôntica etc., mas não obtive resposta após o primeiro contato. Ao que parece, a empresa não tem atendimento profissional, o contato é feito diretamente com o dentista, que responde as mensagens quando quer e como quer. Não dá nem sequer um bom dia para o cliente em potencial. Se é assim que funciona logo no primeiro contato, imagine-se depois. Acabei fechando o tratamento completo com outro ortodontista de Ribeirão Preto, mais atencioso e profissional.
I got in touch looking for aligners to correct my crossbite and crowding. I asked for a quote and was willing to send orthodontic documentation etc., but I got no response after the first contact. Apparently, the company does not have professional assistance, the contact is made directly with the dentist, who answers messages whenever and however he wants. It doesn't even give the potential customer a good day. If that's how it works on the first contact, imagine yourself later. I ended up completing the full treatment with another orthodontist from Ribeirão Preto, who was more attentive and professional.
