Resolvi procurar uma segunda opnião e foi a melhor coisa que fiz, a equipe da M.I Tech encontrou rapidamente qual era o problema, foram sempre muito transparentes no atendimento e nos processos, não havia a peça necessária para o reparo na hora, tivemos que aguardar alguns dias pra ela chegar e mesmo assim todas as datas foram cumpridas a risca. Me pouparam de uma enorme dor de cabeça e o pc está funcionando perfeitamente! Só tenho elogios.
My laptop's cooler had a problem and another technical support had given me false and incorrect information about the repair. I decided to look for a second opinion and it was the best thing I did, the M.I Tech team quickly found what the problem was, they were always very transparent in the service and in the processes, there was no part needed for the repair at the time, we had to wait a few days for her to arrive and even so all the dates were fulfilled to the letter. Saved me a huge headache and the pc is working perfectly! I only have praise.
