★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cobram pra fazer orçamento, mesmo vc levando o aparelho ate a loja. Fizeram um diagnóstico de $400 reais no meu aparelho de televisão, sendo que o problema estava no chrome cast. Trataram mal, ameaçaram caso nao fizessemos o conserto com eles, desonestos. Procurem profissionais pq la não é.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agora olhando a nota da empresa entendi pq levei meu Notebook 4 vezes e voltou com o mesmo problema.
Cobraram 456.00 reais e continua com o mesmo problema.
Pelo 4 vez descobriram que é a bateria querendo cobrar mais 456.00 reais a mais.
Disse que queria meu dinheiro de volta mas não fui atendido enfim.
Não volto nesse lugar mais nunca.
Ainda falando com o dono ele me disse que tem 30 anos de comércio.
E eu afirmo 30 anos mexendo com isso e ainda não aprenderam.

Me cobraram 560,00 à vista e disseram que tinha trocado placa mãe, memória ram, processador, formatação e reinstalação do sistema operacional .
Retornei duas vezes pois meu pc não estava conectando na internet e nas duas vezes falaram que estava tudo certo, meu computador ficou um tempo parado e pedi pra uma pessoa olhar o que realmente estava acontecendo, pôs bem, colocaram uma placa de rede que não funciona, agiram de má fé!
Já passou o prazo de garantia, mas por desaforo levarei o computador aí novamente é só saio com ele arrumado. Eu paguei por um serviço que foi mal feito.

They charged me 560.00 in cash and said they had changed motherboard, ram, processor, formatting and reinstallation of the operating system.
I returned twice because my pc was not connecting to the internet and both times they said everything was fine, my computer was idle for a while and I asked someone to look at what was really going on, ok, they put in a network card that doesn't work , acted in bad faith!
The warranty period has already passed, but I will take the computer there again, just leave it tidy. I paid for a job that was poorly done.

Eles já cobram um valor alto para o cliente não poder pagar, mas estará garantido os 35,00 de orçamento que vc é obrigado a pagar e assim de grão em grão a galinha enche o bico. Não aconselho ninguém a usar os serviços dessa empresa., minha nota é zero?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ano passado levei meu Xbox 360 para consertar, pois estava desligando sozinho e em pouco tempo depois de "consertar" o Xbox continuou igual ( já estranhei que no dia seguinte do orçamento já estava pronto o "conserto"), e infelizmente descobri em outra assistência que foi feita apenas uma limpeza no meu Xbox, como não entendo nada não tinha como saber. Sei que tinha garantia, mas deixei para lá, acredito que seria um transtorno se levasse novamente no MJR, se me enganou uma vez provavelmente enganaria novamente.
